I picked up some pastries for my father's birthday. While there is no seating, the woman at the counter was very sweet and welcoming. The pastries themselves were outstanding. The baba au rhum was excellent and fresh, as were the pignola cookies and the rainbow cookies. Very highly recommend for terrific and fresh authentic Italian pastries in the area.
Last of the independent Bakeries, good selection of items and reasonably priced. Flan is great and great selection of butter cookies.
This bakery put me in a great mood the second I walked in. It was arranged so neatly and colorful! The gal that helped us was a long time employee and it showed. She was great! We tried a lot of different things being it was our first visit. The sugar free twists were crazy great! Texture and flavor on point!!!
I have only had good experiences here! The ricotta cookies are absolutely delicious. I ordered a large cake for my mom's birthday and it came out amazing. Everyone at the party loved it. The staff are friendly and helpful.
Have been going to Scala's for decades and they make some of the best Sicilian Twists in the state. Their pastries and cakes are always exceptional too. It's close to an hour round trip but well worth the drive.
Scala Italian Bakery, although small in terms of square footage, is huge in selection and quality! Located on the north bound side of Route 130 at the intersection with Adams Lane, they have an enormous assortment of cookies, pastries, cakes and fresh baked breads. Try the sfogliatella, delicious!

I grew up coming to this pastry shop. One of the best in town. Owner has always been the most friendly with everyone and everything is always so fresh and delicious. The Italian cookies are the best in town and I always get a couple of dozen for all of my social gatherings.
I got a big order for my massage therapy class I attend and they got my order packed and ready in no time. With 45min drive, my delicious treats were safe with how well they packed everything. Their kanolis are some of the best I have ever had. They also have some amazing vegan, dairy free and gluten free treats as well.
